ImpulseIndex is a market intelligence property built and maintained by Plate Lunch Collective. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit impulseindex.com and how it is used.

What we collect

If you subscribe to the GLP-1 Intelligence Brief, we collect your email address. We use it to send monthly data updates. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for any purpose other than sending the brief you subscribed to.

If you contact us at aloha@impulseindex.com, we retain your message to respond to it. We do not store contact messages in any database.

Analytics

ImpulseIndex uses Google Analytics, implemented via Google Tag Manager, to collect anonymized data about how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. It does not include personally identifiable information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Social media and advertising pixels

ImpulseIndex uses the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to understand how visitors interact with the site. This pixel collects anonymized behavioral data including pages visited and actions taken. It does not collect your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information unless you have provided it to Meta directly through your Facebook or Instagram account. You can manage your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences or opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.

Cookies

ImpulseIndex uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement purposes. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

Email subscriptions

Email subscriptions are managed through Klaviyo. By subscribing, you agree to Klaviyo's terms of service. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Data retention

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your email address at any time by emailing aloha@impulseindex.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
